order that part for his certain device he has. We ordered it, got the part in, the part we received was not a OEM battery like we had ordered for the customer. We then notified the customers telling him hey, we received a junk battery, we're gonna re order it from a different supplier to get the OEM battery we want to put into the device. Once the device was fixed we called the customer 5 days in a row back to back, each time when we called it went straight to voicemail like his phone was off. But he has not setup his voicemail because it wouldn't let me leave a voicemail for him.
