Review: We are trading partner with Metro Business Systems and are located in [redacted]. We purchase laptop computer. One of the laptops we received was faulty out of the box. This was only noticed after almost 3 months passed. The laptops we purchase all carry 3 months warranty. We notified Metro Business SYstems before expiration.. We did not receive a response. We sent them another message a few days later and then they responded saying that the warranty has now been expired. After further communication they agree to take the laptop back for repair. The conditions were: "05/24/13 To be returned for repair only as a courtesy. Unit is not covered under warranty. If unit cannot be repaired, no replacement or credit. Client responsible for shipping both ways. This unit was purchased on invoice # [redacted], 02/05/13. KC"I had no problem with this , as every laptop can be repaired - it is just a question of how many parts need to be replaced. We spent $150 on postage and returned the laptop. The laptop was received by Metro Business Systems. Now they say they cannot repair it (even though a main board replacement would fix the problem). I am not satisfied with the outcome. After spending $150 on postage I expected better.

Review: I received a laptop with a broken keyboard, Metro business sent me a replacement that also didn't work.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement machine with a working keyboard minus a hard drive as I have a working hard drive that I have already installed all the applications on it.
