Metro Cab of Grand Rapids

I called for the same ride I've done multiple times and the guy drove like a lunatic. I was nice did a round trip got back asked my total he said it was a mandatory 20dollars. I said I've done this trip many times it's never been more than 11 dollars he said sorry mandatory 20 total bt! I called the dispatch they said no there's no mandatory minimum I guess he owes you 5 dollars never use them again I've always tipped my previous drives didn't give him one dime over the 20 he charged couldn't believe it. Please use any company other than metro lies shouldn't be rewarded 🤬🤬
