I had service with them for my kids paid my bill one day and then ten days later my money was moved I paid the bill on 06/10/2017 and 06/21/2017 my kids phone was turned off my banks finally found out what happened to the money they moved it from my account to someone account but I finally got the money back 09/11/2017
