estimate was sent to and approved by The [redacted]. In return we received the Letter of Intent for the repairs quoted. Everything that was on the estimate was repaired. Customer was told that she would need a front end alignment when she picked the vehicle up (which is a service we do not provide). She returned a week later complaining about brake noise and at that time we told her that the front end alignment needed to be done because it had already caused damage to the work that was done. She then expressed concerns about her ball joints. We explained that if she would like an estimate for her ball joints we would be more than happy to provide her with one. She declined.
