Metcalfe heating / air was the company which we were given as part of our new home that was built in Loudoun County VA They installed / did work on the zone house that we had built brand new In the course of the first year, we had issues with both of the units multiple times and had them come out and replace part after part Now over a year later we had a different company come out to do a routine tune up as part of the Dominion tuplan The new company found that one of the units was overpressured to the point that it cuts off prior to reaching the desired temperature Metcalfe was contacted and said that they would respond and do a free diagnostic (appropriate) They missed the time slot by hours, (yes hours past the hour time slot) and were extremely rude when called and asked when they were coming After calls back and forth Metcalfe then stated that the issue was actually not theirs and that they were no longer coming to perform the free diagnostic The Service Manager, K [redacted] C [redacted] stated that his company would come out, but that it was not their issue and all charges would apply This company is not a company I would ever advise anyone to use They are unprofessional and also not Revdex.com accredited (wonder why) If you do use them, good luck

Hereby request Mr. Cross provide a copy of
the building codes and Metcalfe installation procedures in effect during the time my home was
built. The following is a quote from the recent professional
HVAC technician inspection report: 
"How is your duct work? All of your duct work systems are leaking.
The supply plenum and connections needs to be replaced. All the attic duct work
connections are leaking. The supply and return lines all have kinks and bends
restricting air flow. The supply and return boot have not been sealed to the
attic floor." Estimate to repair $2,595 to $4,000.

Worst customer service. The Frederick, MD office only picked up once today. Every other time, it was forwarded to the main office as they were "away". Each time, I got the lip service and forwarded to a message.
Not once did I get a call back.
I've called 7 times today as I was supposed to be the 2nd service stop, from the hours of 8-12pm.. After call 5, I was promised that someone would still come by my house today before they close. It's 4:47pm and they've closed.
I'm reporting this on Revdex.com as well. Stupid!
