Sold us gutters to be installed around the entire perimeter of the house. Workers came out to install but said they couldn't finish a section where the electrical pole was mounted to the house. Called the Project Manager about the issue. He came out and said that if / when we could get the pole moved out away from the house, they would come back out and finish putting the gutter together in that section. We had the electrical pole moved out away from the house we called them and they told us the job was completed and they wanted to charge us additional $ on top of the $5000 we already paid to finish a section of gutter that is about 1 foot long. This section has no gutter and when it rains has the potential to run down the house into our electrical box causing major problems
The gutter system per the contract was installed to the best of our ability, plus a diverter due to the electrical pole. Per the original conversation with the homeowners, we are absolutely happy to come out and continue the gutter for an additional charge once the pole was moved. In this instance, the charge to finish the length of gutter was an additional $300. We are still 100% willing to address any concerns with the quality of the rest of the gutters on the house or to come out and have their section of gutter finished for the additional charge, per the original conversation.
