Even though I was not able to get approved at the rate I wanted for my car, they were super nice and very helpful. My Mom got approved for my car. They walked us through everything. The customer service was great. I really appreciate [redacted] going through everything with us and being patient with us.
If you need service for your Nissan, ABC is the place to go and [redacted] is the man to see. I have been using dealership service centers for 40 years and have never worked with a more knowledgeable or accommodating service adviser. I would never consider talking to anyone else about service for my Nissan Xterra. If you are tired of wasting time with all those guys who adjust something just to see if "that'll get it", go see [redacted]. He'll find the solution the first time and it will be fixed right the first time.
Dear Ms. Mosley:
We have made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] to discuss his concerns, but have yet to get in touch with him. I had my assistant send the customer another email today asking him to please contact [redacted], the Sales Manager who worked the car deal, so...
that we can speak with him regarding his down payment and cancellations. [redacted] can be reached at ###-###-####, and is awaiting a call back from Mr. [redacted].
Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns regarding this matter at ###-###-####.

This dealership refused to cover warrant work. They turned me away after taking the day off to get my truck serviced. They claimed it was bc my vehicle was manufactured in Canada. I gave them my vin before I even scheduled the appointment and they didnt mention a problem. After contacting multiple dealerships, they confirmed that my warranty does transfer to usa. The dealership just needs to do some extra work to contact nissan Canada to be paid. I contacted the dealership back. They still refused to cover the warranty work. Claimed I had to contact nissan canada to be reimbursed after I paid them myself. Which is not correct. They suggested that I take my truck to a dealership that was over an hour away to get the work done. All because they didn't want to do the extra work to be paid. Craig was very rude, zero customer service, didn't even attempt to contact nissan Canada to confirm anything. Just absolutely refused to help. Never would I recommend this dealership for a purchase, especially if this is the service you can expect from them. Not to mention the service quality that would be performed, probably better off getting serviced somewhere else anyways.
I'm extremely grateful that I met David J[redacted] at ABC Nissan and he was able to help me purchase my 2016 Nissan Sentra. David was a pleasure to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a used or new car I highly recommend putting ABC Nissan on your list and be sure to ask for David J[redacted]!
I brought my '12 Armada in for service. [redacted] was the gentalmen who took care of me. He was very helpful on what servicing needed to be done to my Armada. He explained everything very well and in detail what was going to be done. I would defiantly recommend ABC Nissan to anyone and tell them to ask for [redacted]! Thank you!
I made an attempt to purchase a nissan altima with this company. I mentioned that there were scratches and a dent in the bumper that bothered me which I was told the mpp service that I purchased will take the dent out and buffer the scratches. I was asked to return for a meeting that I promptly arrived to and the person who made the appointment was not there. I was told that they had the wrong social and that my income was written incorrectly as well when I dont recall giving a specific mnthly income besides my paystubs and saying how much I get paid hourly. They also mentioned that mpp does not cover bumper dents and my address was incorrect on the temporary. I asked if I could return the vehicle and start over with a new one, I was told that this could not happen legally however they would call me after the weekend. I waited 3 business days before I contacted them and made them aware that I will be traveling out of state and need to know if I was approved or not. I was then told that I was in fact approved and need to come into the dealership to "finalize the loan" I mentiomed that if I was approved there is nothing for me to sign and I dont need to come in. They said that they have a better offer on the car and I have to come in. I mentioned that if I need to come in then I would bring the car back and I was asked to speak with a financial advisor. When I arrived to return the keys I was told that they didnt know I was bringing the car back, they had a sales manager tell me that I am legally binded to the car by the contract and cannot leave it. I asked for proof that a bank approved my loan according to what I signed and they left me alone with my friend in the office for 30min. I then spoke with the man who sold the car to me and he asked if I would sign if they fixed the bumper and buffer the scratches for me. I responded no because of the bad service I have recieved so far. I said I would leave the keys with him and he refused to take them. I left them on the desk and took a picture. Another manager came in and asked me not to take pictures of leaving the keys and that I need to pay for the added miles on the car. As I walked away they sarcastically asked to refund the downpayment and if I wanted water or popcorn to take home. I responded "I came here and did not disrespect any of you, I tried to be nice and content and handle business but you make it very difficult to do" I took pictures of the car parked in their lot and they came out and snatched the temporary plates off of the car so I couldnt take any more pictures of it.

ABC Nissan has made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] by phone, email, and text message after receiving the notification from your organization that he was experiencing difficulty obtaining a refund from our...

Revdex.com:Re: complaint ID [redacted]
I accept the check I received Wednesday 9 March 2016 in the amount of $56.12 from ABC Nissan, but reject what I believe is a facetious response from that agency. Apparently, Travis H[redacted] expects the Phoenix Revdex.com and me to accept his assertion that a check was misplaced or lost in the mail since the check I received is referred to as a "replacement," or that it was "reissued." I suggest that ABC Nissan had no intention of issuing me a check and that without my contacting the law firm who represents that agency late last month to complain about not receiving that check, I would have never received the so-called replacement. Can ABC Nissan prove that a check was mailed to me in December 2015, or January or February of this year, before I contacted their attorneys in a letter dated 29 February 2016? I challenge ABC Nissan to substantiate their claim that the check I received this week was not the only check issued and mailed to me the past three months.
Regards,[redacted]
This dealership processed my down payment check that was post dated for 03/25 on 03/12 that caused my account NSF Fees. Then they submitted an electronic check which I never gave them the okay. Then caused more NSF fee's in my account. I went to pay them the cash on 04/24/15 they told me that the check was not going to be process since I paid them the full funds. But they went ahead a process the check again on 04/27/15 and caused me again NFS fee;s. I dont recommend anyone this place. Since they lie about working with you on the down payment and they just process the checks when they feel like it. Worst Place to do business.
I accompanied my daughter to ABC Nissan so she could test drive two vehicles she was considering purchasing. She is a single mother of two boys, and we had a family member keep the boys so we could get in and out faster. She informed the sales person up front that she did not expect to walk out with a new car that day, she just needed to see the numbers, and then wait a day because she did not like to be pressured into anything. The initial interview paperwork along with looking at two vehicles took over two hours. Then we test drove one and went back to get the figures. We did not go in with the intention of staying long, however five hours later we left, and that was only after we would not talk to them any more. (mind you she kept telling them she needed to leave.)
When the first figures came back my daughter told the sales person that the payment was way out of her range and she would need to go and figure out her budget. The sales person asked what he could do to make sure she walked out with that car. She reminded him, that she did not expect to walk out with a car. And told him we were on a time constraint. After the second time of going and coming she asked for her keys back. He said he would get them, and left again. A different sales person came back and started going over paperwork again, and again my daughter informed them that she did not intend to leave with a car and that she wanted her keys back. This salesman lied and said they had taken the her car back to get a better estimate for her. He then left and yet another person came over with paperwork acting like we wanted him there. By this time my daughter was very angry and began crying. The asst mgr or so he said he was, did not seem to care that this had upset her to this point. He left to "go get her keys".
We got up from the cubicle and walked to the front door, where yet another person walked up and was introduced as the person under the owner. He also had paperwork and wanted to have us go back to the cubicle which we would not. They tried to give her a key that was not hers, and then one of them went to find her keys...ridiculous....
Anyway new guy tried to tell her what he could do and she just started crying again, frustrated as all get out that no one seemed to be getting it. He kindly said whats going on, and she told him the same things she had told all the other salespeople before him. He seemed to have finally got it, and went to get the guy who had her key. After waiting yet a few more minutes my daughter walked out to her car to see if her keys were in there, and finally someone brought me her keys.
This is so ridiculous in more ways than I can describe. They had plenty of people buying cars, they did not need to bully her, keeping her keys forcing her to stay so they could continue to try to "help" her walk out with a car. Shame on all of you. My daughter has decided she will not ever buy from a dealership after this experience... btw she is an adult, owns a home, works a job and could have been a great customer. Your loss.
