Review: Metagenics sells a product called Ultrainflamx 360, and they introduced a new formula around October of 2015. The container states there are 14 servingsl, however there are only 10 or 11 servings. They provide a scoop to use, and I leveled it off each time. Before they changed the product formula, I was consistently getting 14 servings out of 1 container. I have purchased 17 containers since October 2015, totaling $1,135.79. (My account on Metagenics.com is missing an order at the end of October 2015 where I was charged $213.05, but I have proof on my statement that I was charged for it, and I did receive it).

So, 17 containers, missing at least 3 servings each, totals 51 missing servings. That is the equivalent of 3.64 containers. I would like to be refunded for the cost of 3.64 containers. It is unethical to state that there are 14 servings, and then provide a scoop that only delivers 10 or 11 servings. This product is tremendously expensive, and I find it to be quite disheartening that metagenics is cheating their customers out of so much money. This is the best product available, but I will no longer be purchasing it due to the unethical labeling of the servings.Desired Settlement: I want two things. First, I want to be refunded for 3.64 containers of the product to my credit card. I have used 2 different cards to pay for Metagenics products, and I will accept a refund to the most recent one I have used.

Second - I want metagenics to change the label to reflect the serving size, and/or provide a scoop of the appropriate size. A small variance would be expected, but to be missing 21% of the product is completely unacceptable.
