Budget truck rentals through Messerschmidt ice was the worst moving experience I have ever had. The staff are incompetent and clueless. When I was assured my truck would be ready on time. I drove 70 miles to not only find my truck not present but that everyone in the business had amnesia about the whole thing. Even after I showed them the confirmation, the employees acted oblivious to the fact hey were a budget truck dealer at all.
