On 4/10/ [redacted] brought his truck in for a satellite radio antennaThe installer backed out of the parking space, maybe feet, and put the truck in to drive to pull it in the garageIt was at this point that his left rear axle brokeThe truck has been highly modified with a lift kit and 36" tiresThe engine is over horsepower, as stated by ***All this on a half ton drive trainThe installer did not 'gun' or 'hot rod' the truck while trying to pull inIt was an unfortunate coincidence that the axle broke at that timeIt was obviously already stressed or damaged if it broke just moving it in the parking lotA few days prior to his appointment, [redacted] had taken another installer for a test drive around the neighborhood to test the placement of the satellite radio antennaOn this test drive [redacted] was driving quite aggressivelyHe also told us that he had broken an axle previouslyWe did not abuse the truck in any way while moving itIt is unfortunate that the axle broke when it did
