Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: "Because Mesa Supplies has fooled me twice already, I have requested that they provide me with written guarantees regarding any agreement and remedy offered.I have asked Mesa to guarantee that they are not replacing my machine with another used, refurbished or broken machine with missing parts, etc.I have asked Mesa to guarantee that they are not replacing my machine with one that is constantly broken or in need of repairs, and won't work for even a few days at a time without breaking down again, at my expense.I don't want to pay for continual repairs, service, overnight charges of $and $79/hour travel time for the mechanic to fix stuff, especially when it shouldn't break every other day They charge me these outrageous prices to have someone drive from Waco, instead of using a local technician, or sending a tech who is already in the area for other customers The hotels near me don't cost $a night, either They want to charge $1200--$every time they come.Mesa wants me to guarantee to pay them at least $2,a year for maintenance No other company asks that.I can't resolve it with Mesa if they can't guarantee not to cheat me again and keep bringing me broken equipment that want me to pay to repair Mesa has not committed in writing that they will do things right If they do, and do it now, we can work it out They just keep waiting and I can't print anything and I'm losing business and customers."Regards, [redacted] Regards, Eleanor Norris
