The customer contacted us 3 weeks ago about a furnace repair. I explained the 1 year labor warranty expired and a technician came out and determined the a coil needs to be replaced. The service visit was $79, which the customer paid. We also contacted the manufacturer and was informed the repair was...

not covered under the warranty.
