Bought a mercury montanier from them, they charged me $299 for plates and tittle and told me I would get my plates in the mail. The purchased was made in November, I tried contacting the person I purchased the car from and initially he said it would take up to 6 weeks. I waited contacted him again after the 6 weeks he said he would look into it and would get back to me. Didn’t hear from him, tried calling and sent messages but I don’t get no replies. Called the DMV to check on my plates and they informed me the paperwork was never turned in. There is no request for my plates.
In addition after a week of driving the vihecle while in the freeway front driver tire flew off and another car hit me while waiting for toll truck. Contacted them about this they were supposed to fix the problem and never got to me with a date either. Car have bad breaks, open door signal stays beeping which I let them know right away.
