Merritt was excellent to deal with. The blog that the company runs not only provided useful information but in a few articles included basic discount codes that provided a bit of a "bonus" to sweeten the consideration of buying from them.

The website worked smoothly and as expected.

Shortly after buying, I received confirmation emails and the shipping information as expected. I was pleasantly surprised in this day and age to also get a personal email from a representative of the company, inquiring about how I found them and my level of satisfaction with the experience.

All in all, I would strongly recommend anyone who is considering buying from Merritt to go ahead and do it. They have been great to work with, and I would happily reward the positive experience with another purchase when the opportunity arises.
