In the last years I have bought roofs from Southern Builders INCfor my mobile home rentalsTheir warranty states that the "roofs are warranted against leaks due to defects in workmanship and material so long as the undersigned owns the mobile home and it is not moved"A little over months ago one of the homes began to leakI have called the company multiple times and while they always say they are going to send someone to look at it soon, it just doesn't happenTwo months, during which we had a couple of big rain events, waiting for them to make good on their warranty just does not cut itVery disappointing

Took a couple of months to get them here but when they pulled in they said they'd be done in five ( ) hoursAnd five hours later they were doneHaving been in construction for over years I was impressed with they're performance and work habitsThe finished product looks great and have had lots of compliments on our new roof

A little over 2 months ago one of the homes began to leak. I have called the company multiple times and while they always say they are going to send someone to look at it soon, it just doesn't happen. Two months, during which we had a couple of big rain events, waiting for them to make good on their warranty just does not cut it. Very disappointing.
