Merrill Insurance works with a number of underwriters to connect our customers with the best possible coverage, and the costs of a policy go directly to the underwriting company, not our office. It was the decision of the underwriter not to renew this policy in 2018 - and when we were notified of the non-renewal, we provided him with 45 days notice so he'd have plenty of time to find new coverage without a lapse.
