file and specifically your rental agreementWe did receive your notice to vacate on April 1", to inform our office that you would be vacating your apartment home on June 20, The signed lease agreement on file indicates that your lease was scheduled to expire on October 24, 2016. Since you were not fulfi1ling the entirety of your lease agreement, an early lease termination fee equal to months' rent was charged to your accountThis is our standard process when a lease is terminated early and a resident is more than months into the leaseThe lease agreement in your file references section which states "Your move-out notice will not release you from liability for the full term of the Lease Contract or renewal termYou will still be liable for the entire lease term if you move out early." Given that the lease terms state this, we feel that allowing you to terminate your lease agreement with a month early termination fee is more than reasonableThus, we have applied your Security Deposit on hand to your move out damages and the termination feeWe ask that you remit a final payment of $to close out your rental account and avoid further action.
