This letter is to respond to the complaint on the property My company managed the property for years The owner and I worked closely to respond to the needs of the property The owner was aware of the situation with the tenantHe even came out to the property and visually saw the situation, however, the owner planned to remodel the home as he had seen on “Property Brothers” and “Flip this House.” He instructed me to keep the client in the home until he was financially ready to remodel and sell the home The owner was happy with my services until the tenant moved out and left a large amount of household items and debris The owner is looking for a third party to pay for his cost incurred with Investment property ownership My contract was fulfilled and his request for payment of his remodel has been denied

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Meridian Valley Property Management promised they would manage the tenant with the abundance of things in the houseI never saw the condition of the house inside as the tenants would never be home when I did go to Seattle to inspect the propertyMeridian Valley never inspected the property, never made recommendations since I was miles away from the property and never corrected the long growing health issues associated with the damages incurredPoor management, NO Inspections and always indicated the property was in good conditionNot true, can't trust themBad, Very Bad company when ethical issues arise Sincerely, [redacted] ***
