omg I can't believe this place! They will take your application fees and admin fees and if they deny you they keep both fees! What kind of absolute garbage is that? No rental apartment keeps your admin fees if they deny you! I told them I was ok eating the application fee of $60 but there was no way I would eat $150 for them doing absolute nothing! I should have read all the negative reviews about this place but I am going to be lighting it up for weeks on every review site I can find. If you're the owner and reading this then you guys should have just refunded my admin fees and kept the app fee instead of trying to be con artists. This management company should be out of business soon.
