Merhi Glass

Window replaced and is under warrantee. Business owner has been neglectful in returning phone call/email/textsMerhi glass was contracted to replace a window. After one year, window showed defect (clouding). I contacted Merhi Glass on May 23, 2016. After failing to show on two occasions to view the window, he finally did come and take notes on the window. Again, after several weeks of him not responding to texts/emails/phone calls, I told him that I would contact the [redacted] and on Aug 5th he stated that he was "waiting for the window glass company to contact him" and "relax"...he was "busy". On August 5, he told me that the glass company was willing to replace the defective window, but it would cost me 125$ in labor. I aksed when the work could be done and have not heard anything from him. I contacted him again on 9/6 and haven't heard back regarding a time frame. It has been 3 1/2 months regarding my intial complaint and request for replacement.Desired SettlementI am requesting that he replace the window free of charge or allow the replacement window be installed by another reputable contractor.Business Response Hi My name [redacted] Owner of Merhi Glass[redacted] is one of my best costumers,things happensafter 1 year from installing the glass its look like its start getting some moisture inside [redacted] call on the busyest time of the year ,for my me and all venders that supply glass in the hall area I got here massages in texting and realy I was busy and I know nothing emergancy ,just some moisture But I call the venders that I order from them ( they busy too at this time )and claim the glass and realy its took them around 3 weeks to call me backi order the glass and now its under order So I text [redacted] and tell her that the glass has been order Always in the summer time all the glass companies and venders has this problem with the Waiting I know that the glass can wait ,nothing Emergancgy to make [redacted] happy I will install the glass for h free no charge Just to to Know that I dont care about the money more than my costumer Iv been in this business over seas from 1982This is the first time things like this happened to meThank you For your help to resolve this [redacted] Consumer Response I was contacted by the seller on Sept 14th stating the glass will be ready in two weeks. I responded that I would be available on the 28th, but the seller has not reached out to me to schedule a time. I am sympathetic that this is a busy time and I also understand that this is not an emergency. I have been very patient. My initial request for window replacement was on May 23, 2016. I am looking forward to the seller contacting me to set up a date and time for replacement.
