After reviewing the matter, we find that although the charges are due and correct as indicated, we fully understand the delay in the billing processWe have corrected the bill to reflect paid in full with no further collection efforts We would have liked the customer to have contacted us regarding the matter so it could have be resolved immediately however this is the first we were made aware of the discrepancy
