Mercury Heating & Air Conditioning

[redacted] is complaining about adding an additional supply vent in her downstairs system which she believes to be a five minute job when in fact it is not. The job involves removing Sheetrock, running new duct work down the wall, and will take at least half a day. Another contractor will than... half to come in to patch the Sheetrock that was removed. We said we would take care of it over the winter as we were too busy with repairs during the summer.
