I am rejecting this response because: Hello ***, merchant credit has not billed me for seven years, the merchant credit that is in Bellevue has only two people in the office I spoke to both people there reply was cant you remember that you had a lawsuit seven years ago did you forget about itI have Bipolar One Disorder and ADD I have a hard time understanding these people down there incredibly rude and today I have papers from Bank of America that prove they took more money then they claim,200.00+,I don't have the paperwork with me...sorry! In the seven-year period in fees and late charges was at least $this is my complaint why should I have to pay if they do not show me increases and remind me to take care of this, I told them take off the fees and late charges and I will pay it now??

We are writing in response to a complaint made about our business, which was received on September 17, 2015. We have completed our investigation and report as follows:
[redacted] listed an account with Merchants Credit Association for collection on April 13, 2011. Notice of validation was sent on April 13, 2011, to the address provided to the original creditor at the time off service. The address provided to our client was [redacted] Springfield, OR 97477. The amount listed with Merchants Credit Association was $ 6,766.35. Interest continues to accrue at 9% per annum on the principal balance. Therefore, the current balance due is $ 9,486.17
Mr. [redacted] called our office on October 8, 2014 and said his records indicated the account was paid in full to a different collection agency that also represents [redacted] Mr. [redacted] said he would investigate and call us back. We did not hear back from Mr. [redacted] and several calls were made to him with no response. On September 13, 2015, Mr. [redacted] called our office and we negotiated a settlement of $8,767.00. According to our notes, Mr. [redacted] indicated he would consider this offer to settle and call us back. We spoke to Mr. [redacted] on September 16, 2015 and he said he would pay $100.00- $125.00 per month. Our next contact regarding this account was from the Revdex.com.
The account history indicates multiple notices were sent to the address received with the account and none have been returned due to an incorrect address. Additionally, several telephone calls were made on the account. In the interest of providing a reasonable outcome, we would be happy to speak to Mr. [redacted], should he choose to contact our office at his earliest convenience.

My complaint did not concerning allegedly specific, but the fact that these people told me that it would be illegal to send written documentation to me at my mailing address. If you honestly think that you need to share my health info in order to reply that, if applicable, you have sent me info regarding this matter at the address I requested, please reference any applicable laws and how my specific complaint relates to them.
