Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The refund verbiage was very unclear and made it sound like the intention was to win InnoExts customers back by fixing the issues that they were left with from InnoExts and providing a refund if that was not possibleI can accept if I read into it some - but the clarity of tone was not as explained now -> at least to the point that it was very easy to read it differentlyAnd also this point was not explained prior to this pointMy repeated requests for a refund were ignored, and then I received a "we will not refund you" without any explanation whatsoever.Regardless - I am fine dropping the request for a refund as the start of help was provided, and seems to be continuingRegardless of purchase date -> this was an open issue that was inheritedThe attempts at resolution started back in early (as noted) but were not resolved at that timeThe InnoExts support was so terrible that we allowed the ticket to stagnate while we attempted to fix it ourselves, and reached back out when we discovered that InnoExts was sold to Merchant Protocol to see if we could finally get these significant issues resolvedI have thousands of dollars of costs and productivity dumped into trying to get this extension to work at this point.I will consider this case closed when we have an extension that works as advertisedThis is something we still do not have, despite the provided update Sincerely, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]
Merchant Protocol has no obligation or responsibility to refund this individual and we will forever maintain that policyThis customer purchased their software from Innoexts and Innoexts maintained a no-refund policy from inceptionInnoexts required their customers to repurchase access to upgrades and support every monthsI understand the frustration that this individual has towards Innoexts as did many Innoexts customers.Merchant Protocol has attempted to assist the Innoext customers by allowing them access to our softwareWe have gone out of our way to address the concerns of Innoexts customers and we will continue to do soI am attaching the nightly release of this softwareIf this client has any issues with this software he may contact us to get it resolved
