Merchant Contractors

I Had a brick retainer wall built. The quality of the work was HORRIBLE!! The wall was concrete with brick veneer covering. When they were "done", the bricks were covered with cement, & looked extremely messy & unprofessional. I demanded that they come back, & clean the wall, removing the splattered cement. The mortal between the bricks are uneven throughout the wall. The workers were sloppy, leaving trash in my yard on a regular basis. I wish I could post pictures to show that I am not exaggerating. I would NOT recommend this company, & I would not ever use them again. They were the lowest bidder, & now I know, you get what you pay for.

Review: the contractor is not honoring the warranty listed in the contract, and some of the work is still not complete. several workmanship issues/defects were discovered within the first 30 days of work completion. several attempts were made to contact the operational manager ("[redacted]") to resolve the issue, but no calls were returned.Desired Settlement: we need the work complete and the issues resolved. if not, a partial refund to pay someone else to come out and complete the work.
