Sir, we did not collect the funding of your warranty, the other owners collected your payment and only they can obtain the refund back from MBUSA Financial. Again we were not invoved in this transaction.  I spoke to [redacted] who you visited with and we will support the efforts to get your refund, however, you will need to contact them.  We are not in any way avoiding the request, quite the contrary, we will do all we can in getting your refund through Heller-Bird.  [redacted] will be in contact with you. After careful consideration we are prepared to offer our customer a resolution on this matter if he can please contact us as soon as possible we Mercedes-Benz of Boerne will provide him the ELW he feels that he is entitled to.
