Mr. [redacted] who traded this vehicle in did not have title in his name. The customer had purchased the vehicle in Kansas and would not go to Kansas to finish the title process. I had to have the MSO and all title work sent to me from Kansas dealership. This then had to...
be titled in the customer’s name. This vehicle was to have a hold on it until the title was completed. However this did not happen. I am not sure how taxes work in Kansas for tax credit. Customer delay in title was due to him not completing title work. We still allowed Mr [redacted] to receive Colorado tax credit for having a trade even though trade was not in his name.
