The customer brought the vehicle in on 10/19/for a winter wheel swap, at that time the technician advised that the brakes required replacement due to wearThe Service Advisor made contact with the customer and provide estimate to repair, the
customer approved the brake estimateWhile replacing the brakes on 10/20/the technician dented in the drivers front door and reported the damage to the Shop FormanThe customer was then contacted that same day and the damage was disclosedThe service advisor offered transportation at that time and to have the loaner delivered to the customerAt that time the customer advised us that he would be out of country and his daughter would require the transportationWe offered to have the loaner delivered but customer declined and picked it upOn 10/22/the customer then requested the entire invoice totaling be looked afterDue to the damage being minor we extended a discount of 10% off parts & labor and we took care of the tire installation charges & shop supplies and we offered to have the vehicle completely detailedIf the damage would have been major and impacting the resale value of the vehicle we would have had a professional calculation of the devalue, but this is not the caseWe again offered to have the vehicle delivered to the customers daughter when completed but the customer declinedThis was an unfortunate accident which we immediately disclosed and took responsibility for and tried to make as convenient as possible for the customer while the repair was professionally being performed

difference in price as laid out in complaint. We have seen no change in financing and nothing concerning misinformation on insurance.
