I believe that there have been more cases like mine and could go for a class action suitI believe that I should have been contacted immediately following this complaint and this seems like the business doesnt care about any of its consumersThis has damaged my credit and no vehicle and the worst mistreatment ive ever received from any sales person in a businessI think *** *** should not be co-owner of any businessHis misuse of personal information money is beyond my reasoning of why the dealership has been doing business this long

We have reviewed Ms*** complaint and have found that a notice was sent to Ms*** within Ten days of the date of the contract exercising the seller's right to cancel under the contract provision "**ller's Right to cancel"Our documentation is full and complete and Ms*** has not cooperated with our request
However, in the intrest of customer satisfaction and good business and without admission of any wrong doing, we are prepared to reinstate the contract for Ms *** as written, and at no additiona charges or fees providing she delivers in certified funds or cash her payment due under conntract 6/29/in the sum of $to Merced Hyundai and agree to to recording the event taken place in writting via a mutual release
