The overlock charge is due to nonpayment of rent and other charges. Per the terms of your lease, when rent and other charges remain unpaid for seven consecutive days Operator may deny tenant access to the storage space. Unfortunately your account has not been current since July 31,

Per the terms of the lease, rent is always due by the 1st of the month and unfortunately this tenant has fallen behind on her account.  Her first missed rent payment was in July and she has never caught up and consequently, her account has accrued late fees and other charges for...

non-payment.  Non-payment by the 7th incurs a $10 late fee.  Non-payment by the 15th incurs another $10 late fee.  Accounts that continue to not be current are overlocked and incur a $25 overlock charge.  The attached account ledger shows all the payments and charges against the account.  Her current account balance is $132 after deducting the $2.60 credit that was applied to the account on 8/27/16.
