Men's Warehouse and Tux

Review: My then fiance and his groomsmen went and got fitted for rental tux around April/May and he is a larger sized man. He was told that his suit would not be available until 2 days before the wedding. Well two days before the wedding he could not fit his suit he could not even pull it up his legs. The person in the store measured him and his groomsmen wrong. His groomsmen were able to squeeze into their suits or exchange for a larger size. They were not able to find my fiance a suit that would fit him. He had to find something out of his closet to wear to our wedding and now our pictures and our wedding was ruined because of the carelessness from Mens Warehouse and Tux. Larger men suits should be ready weeks before the wedding so that no one else will have to encounter this type of embarrassment. My fiance was embarrassed at his wedding because he was giving a suit that did not fit him and he did not have anything formal to wear. It was very heartbreaking that Mens Warehouse made him feel this way. The guy in the store tried his hardest to find him a suit that fit the same day of the wedding but was unable to. It was a very elegant wedding and he was not in a suit because of Mens Warehouse and Tux.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the entire wedding party rental suits so that me and my now husband can retake our wedding pictures. It was 7 guys including my fiance, my fiance received his money back for his suit but I believe that something else must be done. Also I would like for Mens Warehouse to change their policy on suits for larger guys, have their suits ready more than 2 days before their wedding date. The total amount that we would like to be refunded is $1062
