BEWARE! Menomonie street Dental broke a needle off under my sinus cavity, then acted like it didn't happen and lied to me. They didn't charge me for the visit but they also didn't inform me it happened but gave me a bogus story in attempt to cover it up. Years later after many doctor bills and Dental bills and Oral Surgeon bills, finally was able to get a CT Scan because the pain was unbearable results produced a broken needle. No one believed me or wanted to get involved with their colleagues. Number one reason for broken needles is overuse! Are you re-using needles Menomonie street dental MSD infected me! Also my records that after many attempts and proper paperwork for release don't match the visits or the records that I was provided finally after a certified letter. My medical or dental mileage that was turned into my tax accountant the year it happened proves it. Currently under investigation by the Dept of Health and Human Services, office for civil rights i.e. HIPPA, Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional services, and the [redacted] own insurance company.
