This company's website states they buy ugly homes and fix them up to make the community better. So if I receive a advertisements from them it is because my home is ugly. Its ugly because we are broke all the money goes into feeding the people who live in it. Also uses advertisements disguised as holiday cards to get you to open them. If that's who you want to do business with ok.
