Bad customer service , they cut you off before you explain whats going on, instead of listening the issue 1st they are horrible They took 1 week to process the Wrong parts they shipped in the 1st place , compare to the other competitors that takes only 24 hours
I would not order from these guys unless you really have no choice. This is from my personal experience

Terrible company that shows no respect for it's customers. Customer service is as dry as cardboard. I really believe they ACTIVELY TRY to not help you when things go awry (which they do a lot when you order multiple times a week from this company). Everyone should do themselves a favor and find a new parts supplier. It's not like you were getting quality from these guys as it is.

I've been using them for years. The only reason our company continued ordering from them is because of the next day delivery. It was quick for parts needed urgently. Long story short, recently we have been receiving a higher rate of defective and damaged items. Not sure what's going on, but they also changed their shipping from USPS to FedEx. Customer service is horrendous and policies need to be changed. We shouldn't have to pay for shipping on RMA. At least send us a replacement part with the shipping cost paid for by the company.

Very bad service.
I ordered a screen in Mengtor.com and the screen which I received was damaged. I placed a return request and sent it back to company. After they received the screen they stated that screen is damaged by customer due to that we(mengtor) cannot provide credit for that.
*** service is this they send us damage screens and when we place request for that they simply ignored stating damaged by the customer.

What kind of service is this mengtor.com shame on your business should feel something.
