I received this morning a Revdex.com complaint dated March 2,and I am to send a reply within calendar days from this date on the correspondenceI am unable to locate this individual. Our company is able to bring up a policy by the policy number or we can do an alpha search.
A policy number was not provided on the complaint. I have unsuccessfully been able to locate *** by doing a name search. It is possible that the policy was under a husband’s name, parent’s or boy-friend’s namePlease adviseThank you, Karen
