With each loan, the member is told and it is provided in the loan documentation that if a loan becomes delinquent we have the "right of offset" or to withdrawal funds that aren't connected with SSI or VA or unemployment funds when a loan is delinquentAt the time of the transfer the loan was days past due
The Collection Deptcalled her several times trying to explain the reason for the transfer towards the delinquent loanShe never returned calls
