The worst experience ever. We have been waiting on our order since October. We received partial order and a jacket that was adult size XL not youth size M
3 pairs of hockey socks are still missing

I have been emailing this company for the past 2 month without any resolution. As of right now I don’t want those items. All I need is a refund. After 4 months of waiting send the refund and keep your stuff!

I will never order from them again. Will never recommend this company.

production notes these jackets were manufactured and delivered but that may or may not be accurate. Regardless of that, customer informed yesterday they were waiting for these items still, I acknowledged the error, I took rezpsonsiblily and we will handle this as quickly as possible.

Review: Back on August [redacted], and order was placed with Menace Wear, Inc for several uniform parts. After numerous attempts to receive the proper uniform parts, as of this date I am still missing several. I had paid in full back at the end of August. The check was cashed. We as an association have received three separate shipments, none of which contained my parts that are still missing. I was told they were shipped and arrived on more than one occasion. I ordered them and paid for them as an individual. I was trying to understand shipping costs and not demand I be sent my own order, but my order is still not complete! Items ordered by another team in the association ordered items two weeks ago and those items were received. Mine are still not here!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to see the order delivered within the week. My boys and coach have been waiting since August for our order. Most of the team has their items. I want the rest of mine in a timely order.
