To whom it will concern, We had a power surge issue with our residential well pump I called [redacted] with AquaWells, at approx 3:on Oct 20, He was on his way to pick his child up from schoolUn expectedly, he suggested that he stop by after picking up his child, due to the fact he was already in the area He arrived accordingly around 4:He was presentable, knowledgeable and professional from hello To my complete yet pleasant surprise, with out any hassle, up charge or nonsense, he isolated our the problem (bad capacitor and power box etc) & rectified it with an entire new power box etc It took him approx minutes from start to finish He charged $for the box (more than fair) and for a service call (extremely fair considering), while on his own time I find this to be an outstanding (but rare) example of a business and its personal, that pride themselves on ethic and integrity Simply put, with Aqua Wells, I can tell that customer is always KING Way to go Aqua Wells! In addition; As a successful business owner in the region that prides its business model on 100% customer service and qualityIt is so nice to know that there are still some local companies around that run a 100% fair, honest and ethical business modelWithout compromise This is a no brainerIf you need a new well or your exsisting well servicedCall AQUA WELLS!!!! I had a new heating and air system installed in my house, and everything went flawlesslyI had several quotes of known AC companies, and Service Today beat the others by thousandsI had a question after they installed the equipment, and they immediately came back to my house to check the entire system out again for free
I've got nothing but good things to say about themI would highly suggest them for your AC/heat needs
