We'd like to apologize for the gift card misunderstanding As of November we were the new owners of the Men's Club Barber Shop in Silverdale During the purchase process gift cards was not mentioned therefore we as new owners had no knowledge that the prior owners sold gift cards We had no way to check if the card if it was still valid besides Mr [redacted] word and could not contact the previous ownersWe are willing to honor and accept Mr [redacted] refund request of: $(service), and $(gift card balance) via check Mr [redacted] is welcome to come by the shop to pick up the check or he can request it to be mailed For consolation we want to give him our gift card ($50.00) free of chargeWe appreciate Mr [redacted] stepping forward on his complaint which brings up our awareness and enables us to serve all clients betterWe believe we are here in our business because of the clients If not for the clients, we cannot be here We are very thankful for our clients that come to our shop and Mr [redacted] is one of them We thank you very much Mr [redacted] and Revdex.com from the bottom of our heartsAgain, we humbly apologize for the misunderstanding and how it was conducted P.SWe are late in responding to this complaint due to we did not check the mail box Once we discovered the complaint, we immediately responded Sincerely, Esther & Gene P [redacted] Men's Club Barber Shop Silverdale Owners
