Contacted them Oct 25 to get a price on moving my 95 year old aunt from north port to an assisted living facility in tampa. Gave them a $200 deposit on a $500 estimate. My aunt went in the hospital the next day and I told them to wait and see what is going to happen. She passed *** and they said they mailed me back the check. This did not happen because I get all her mail forwarded. I again asked them for the money back and they said they would drive it to Tampa. I said that's not necessary just mail it. Then after asking them numerous times again they sent a certified letter to the vacant house. Again nobody there to sign for it. I told him I will write a bad review on the internet because he refuses to return the money. Here it is over a month later now he is telling me he is not giving me the money and he will contact his lawyer. When I told him I will report the fraudulent activity to the police he said go ahead its a civil matter. Apparently he does this on a regular basis and knows what he can get away with. He actually suggested I contact the department of agriculture and consumer service as well. They obviously know what they can get away with.

Good morning we have been trying to send the funds back to Miss *** on several different occasions by certified mail no one was present at the address that mister *** provide us with and the certified mail got return a number of three times. I communicated with him by text and asked him several times can he provide us the correct address.so since it was so hard to settle the matter with Mr *** I decided to go to my bank and get the $200 refund on a chargeback on December 3rd 2019.

This is a complete lie. All the mail to the address he referenced is forwarded to my house. He never tried to send the money. He sent a certified letter to an empty house that he knew no one would sign for. I have all his texts showing he got the letter sent back to him. I sent him an address in Tampa to send it and he never did. He told me that he was keeping the money and I can take my chances in court. He knows the law and what he can get away with and told me so. Again I have all the texts with his admission of no intention of paying me back. It was only until I turned it over to the fraud division of American Express and the police and the Revdex.com that he then decided to pay back the money he took over a month ago. If it wasn't for the threat of a big company law firm he would never have given the money back. I still have not received the deposit. The thought of this company stealing from a 95year old woman in the hospital s unbelievable. Again I have all his text verifying everything.
Good morning the funds has been sent back to the car holder and we no longer have the deposit.

Once again he is an absolute ***
Lie #1. USPS forward all mail confirmation number XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX dated October 10, 2019. Nothing ever received from them. I get the daily snapshot every day in am email of every piece of mail being sent to my house. He never tried to mail the money back.
Lie 2. Just logged on to my American Express count to check the transaction Ref. No. *** No record of any refund issued or pending. For god sakes the lady died in the hospital waiting for her money. Stop being heartless and lying and just return her money.

I personally have not received any funds from them. I have contacted American Express and they show nothing has been credited.
