I have my payments for my kickboxing class set up to be drafted from my checking account on 9-4-18 two payments were drafted one with the name *** and the other under the name of Total Fitness K. My attempts to get one of the payments credited back to my account have been unsuccessful. I visited the establishment on several occasions and no one was available I finally got a chance to speak with a rep who instructed me to send an email to *** which I did on 9-18-18.
I have not received any communication from that email. I have continually called but can not get an answer.
Refund I would like my $69 plus NSF fee of $36 returned to my bank account ASAP. It's been almost three weeks with no resolve.
You may close this case the company has issued a refund to my account.
