We are so sorry that the artist was out of stock when our customer ordered We fully refunded the customer when we were notified that the artist couldn't fulfill the urn in a timely mannerWe're not sure why the customer couldn't reach us but we are open Monday through Friday from 6:30a to 4:30pm PST and also respond to emails within hours Our hearts go out to the customer for their loss and we're sorry we added to her grief
