We ordered a special wedding anniversary clock from this company The clock came with a large gold paint mark on one side The company agreed after seeing our pictures that this was not suppose to be there The gift box and packaging inside the shipping box was also ripped in many places When we contacted Memorable gifts and asked them to stand behind their products, we were told to clean the paint off ourselves What poor customer service This was the first and last time that I will ever order from Memorable Gifts We had to throw the $clock away and purchase a different gift for the 50th wedding anniversary Memorable Gifts is no longer responding to my emails
