We used Memorable Air Care, LLC for two new construction homesWhen the weather got cold, both attics, had frosting on the underside of the sheathing and nails, which then melted during the warmer days and rained down causing leaking into the ceiling of the second floors (in both homes)Called Jeff to have him come back and take a look and we were told he would charge us a service fee, so he doesn't even back his workHe was rude and as the owner of this company did not take responsibilityOur HVAC contractors took a look and found holes that were left during the duct work cleaning We called Jeff back and he actually told us to just tape them, and he would never leave holes openWell, we have pictures to prove differentlyWill never use this business again
