Luckily I was able to get to my account just fine yesterday. I used a reminder E-mail from last month and went to bottom where it says “View Your List of Scheduled Reminders”. Once opened, I printed my entire 4 1/2 page list! Now I will have for future, especially if I have to find a new reminder service.

Same here. I've been trying for months. Sometimes I wonder if the creators are still out there, or if they've given up on the site. I still get reminders that I set before I got locked out, and I have some set to continue indefinitely.

Review: I have been a customer of Memotome.com (a reminder service) for many years. A couple of years ago, I elected to pay for additional online services that were not available for free. I subscribed to the Platinum Edition for over a year, and made my payments with a credit card annually. The last time I paid for Memo to Me Platinum was 9/20/12 with my Paypal account, $19 for an annual membership (my chosen amount to get the extra features). When my memotome reminders stopped arriving in my email inbox in January 2013, I contacted their customer service email to find out why. Their online form for complaints specifically prohibited contacted them for the very problem I was experiencing (they insist on the form that it's not their problem, but probably on my end). It was not that their emails were ending up in my spam folder, however, so it was not on my end. My email trail shows that I wrote them February 5, March 15, April 15 and again July 9 about the problem, with absolutely no response at all. I have followed all the instructions on their website, including calling my ISP, to see if the problem of not getting my emails is on my end. My ISP provider says they are not blocking either noreply@[redacted]t.com which was the address sending me alerts until November 28, 2012, or [email protected] (both have been used to send me emails). The last email I sent even proves (with a copy of an email from my internet service provider) that the problem was not on my end, but on theirs. I had been a very satisfied customer, and pointed out in my last emails that I missed memotome, and had experienced missed appointments, missed responsibilities (like filing forms with the government etc.) because of not receiving my reminders. I've received NO RESPONSE to anything I've written. My email, so they can find me in their records, is [redacted].netDesired Settlement: At this point, I have had to find other ways to give myself reminders, and am more interested in receiving a refund of my payment in November 2012. But if they can restore my service, and credit me the 9 or so months I've missed of service, I would accept that as well.
Review: The company continues to auto bill my [redacted] account and I no longer use their services. I have contacted the company numerous times without any response to cancel my subscription to their services and the auto renew and to refund me the 2014 auto renew charge. If they do not cancel my subscription, as a last resort, I will have to close my [redacted] account altogether to avoid further auto-renewal charges.Desired Settlement: I desire that they confirm the cancellation of my account, confirm there will be no more future auto-renewals and that they reimburse the $20 subscription fee charged to my personal [redacted] account on March 5, 2014.
