My wife and I took out a policy or service to get cheap or free meds. I paid 119.99 for me and 119.99 for my bride. I called them many many times and they put you on hold for hours, then they ask, if you want to leave a message and they would get back with me, never happened. I have emailed them many times, nothing from them. I paid them with a charge card for 69.99 for me and 69.99 for my wife. We have heard nothing from them. I called my charge card company and they are looking into it for me. I have not gotten any meds, free or cheap yet. They sent me a paper asking me to add all my meds and take it to my doctor for him to write me my scripts. I saw his nurse fax it to memberRX and still nothing. I think I have been ripped off. I am 68 years old and on SSI and my wife is 65 and retired. MemberRX has many phone numbers. Here are just a few, 866-869-2079, 866-209-8957 and 855-903-6713. All of them put you on hold for a very long time and then ask you to push 0 and leave a message, I have done this many times and they do not call back or email me. I need your help, I think this company is very bad and don't do anything they say they are going to do. Thanks for your help.
