Review: I purchased a pair of color contacts not prescription on Saturday to wear to church on Sunday and one of them had a slit in it which cause you not to be able to put them in. They are closed on Sunday's therefore I called them this morning to see if I could exchange for another pair and was told no and I would not receive a refund $19.99 a pair. I don't have money to waste like that.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have another pair in the same color

She brought a pair contact and she tore and try to exchange but I told her we don't do it. I told her even it's not our fault but if she buy another pair I will give her discount. We don't have any problems with contacts.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear I did not tear them they were torn when I took them out of the packaging I have forgotten about this complaint I will not patronize them nor will I recommend them to anyone anymore. They are a RIPOFF and I have been dealing with them for many years but they will never get anymore of mine or my families business. I spoke to them on the phone they offered me another pair for $15.00 but I purchased a pair else where and have not had a problem. Regards,[redacted]
