Marguerite responded with: The dirt piled up on her back yard from the rain was moved to put in a swale in the property to divert the waterShe did not like the idea of the swale even though it is legal and inspected by all parties and it alleviated the problemThe county and town have inspected
all the work done and it is in complianceThere is no standing water in itI would be happy to help her sell her home if she wasn't happyThere is no animosity at all between us
