I received a complaint for my business with the assigned ID number *** which was submitted on December 9, Sorry for the delayed response, we have been getting slammed through the holiday seasonI called the Revdex.com today and was told that I could email the response
to you directlyAlong with the response letter I have attached a picture of the tattoo the day it was completed, a copy of the customer's consent and release form, and a link to a weather websiteThe release form she signed states things like the fact that she understands there is a possibility for infection, that she agrees to follow all instructions concerning her aftercare, and that she releases Mellow Madness Tattoo and the artists of all responsibility for said tattooWith that being said, we do everything in our power to satisfy the customer in any way possible in hopes that they leave here happy and come back for their next tattooThe weather website states what the weather was on the day and day after her tattoo appointment (July 26th and 27th where the highs for those days were degrees and degrees F) which you will understand the relevance after you read my letterHere is the link for that - *** I am not sure if I was supposed to respond to the customer directly or wait for you guys to review it firstAny other information you may have please pass it on to me and if you need anything else from me I will be happy to help in any way.
